We work closely with clinical teams, infection control advisors, and health authority representatives to ensure every space is designed and constructed to meet its precise operational and regulatory requirements — including infection control systems, medical gas pipelines, BMS and EMS integration, and clinical environment standards.

A key advantage of APC's hospital turnkey model is the seamless integration of supply and execution. ICU equipment, operating theatre systems, dialysis units, and laboratory systems are sourced directly through APC's global procurement network and coordinated with the construction programme — eliminating the interface risk that typically arises when supply and construction are managed by separate parties. This integrated model reduces cost, compresses the overall programme, and ensures clinical systems are fully tested and operational at handover.
