Asia Pacific Consultants Pty Ltd (APC) is an Australian company established in 1996, specialising in turnkey pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. From our founding, APC was built on a single principle: to deliver complete, integrated solutions — from concept and design through to construction, validation, and commissioning — so that clients deal with one accountable partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Over nearly three decades, APC has built a strong international track record in GMP pharmaceutical facilities and healthcare infrastructure. Our pharmaceutical projects span OSD, sterile, oncology, vaccine, and API facilities, with proven regulatory capability including two US FDA-compliant projects in Bangladesh and one TGA-compliant project. We have worked extensively with leading Bangladesh pharmaceutical companies including Beximco, Incepta, Opsonin, and Essential Drugs Company Ltd (EDCL), as well as clients across Australia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Typical pharmaceutical project values range from USD 3 million to USD 10 million and above.

For healthcare infrastructure, APC is partnered with an international group led by Dr. Gaetano Santonocito (Babilon Enterprise), delivering turnkey hospital construction, medical systems, and clinical infrastructure. Together we deliver multi-specialty hospitals, ICUs, operating theatres, and dialysis units to full international standards, with typical hospital project values ranging from USD 20 million to USD 60 million and above. Our strong local presence in Bangladesh, supported by international supply chain and engineering expertise, means we can deliver international quality at highly competitive cost.
